How To Work It Into Your Meals

Cucumbers are often relegated to salads, but there are many other ways to put cucumbers into your family’s meals.

You can buy the smaller ones for pickling, slice up a cucumber and add it to a soup or include it with a roast. Chop it and add it in with a fruit salad or salsa. Slice it thick and add it to a kebab or some tin foil with some other veggies to roast on the grill!
