  • 1 lb Wax beans
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp fresh ginger
  • ¾ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ c unsalted peanuts
  • ¼ c fresh cilantro


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
